On April 11, 2014, USCIS provided an update of the amount of cap-subject H-2B visas received and approved by the federal agency for the second half of Fiscal Year 2014.
On April 7, 2014, USCIS announced that it had received enough H-1B submissions to reach the congressionally mandated statutory cap for fiscal year 2015.
On April 4, 2014, USCIS provided an update of the amount of cap-subject H-2B visas received and approved by the federal agency for the first and second halves of Fiscal Year 2014.
