Immigration Law

Challa Law Offices, PLC focuses on employment-based, temporary & permanent resident visas for business professionals. We assist companies to facilitate the international transfer of their employees, and support all levels of employment-based immigration issues. We also take up family based immigration cases.

We have invested in an online case management system which is specifically designed for the legal services industry. The system allows both the employee and employer to check the status of a case online 24/7, whether the case is being prepared at Challa Law Offices or pending with USCIS. The system also generates reports for employers and for our staff alike, which facilitates tracking high-volume case status and progress, and provides an additional safeguard to ensure we meet deadlines. We have invested the time and care to customize the system to integrate our own checklists and questionnaires, allowing individuals and employers to submit information electronically. We have also customized the case status timelines to provide our clients with an estimated timeline of case preparation; this online system also allows the employees to check the status of the case preparation at any time.

Open communication and realistic client expectations are crucial to our practice, and the online case management system facilitates and enhances our capability to provide this high level of service.
