According to the Chicago National Processing Center, it will expand its email notification program to all H-2A and H-2B stakeholders who choose to participate in the program. Additionally, all H-2A and H-2B employers who choose to participate in the program will no longer receive paper notifications of the Notice of Deficiency, Notice of Acceptance, Denials, Withdrawals, Extensions, and Redeterminations.
Certifications, full and partial, will continue to be issued to H-2A stakeholders in electronic and hard copy forms.
